2.4 c44444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Clause 14 (Amendments) for full details.
Age Restriction: c44444 is strictly a 21+ platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any c44444 platform service. c44444 uses CNIC verification to enforce this requirement.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the c44444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold a c44444 account:
3.2 c44444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by c44444 may result in suspension of the player's account and withholding of any balance pending the outcome of the verification review.
3.3 If you become ineligible to use the c44444 platform for any reason after opening your account, you must notify c44444 immediately via the support contact provided in Clause 17 and cease using the platform.
4.1 To access the full range of c44444 platform services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your CNIC number, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your c44444 account is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one c44444 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same CNIC, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these terms. c44444 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with duplicated accounts.
4.4 c44444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or upon a change of account details. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a selfie with your CNIC, and/or proof of your registered payment method.
4.5 c44444 will use the mobile number provided at registration as the primary communication channel for account notifications, OTP verification codes, security alerts, and promotional messages (where opted in). It is your responsibility to keep your registered mobile number current. Failure to do so may prevent account access recovery.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c44444 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your mobile device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 All activity conducted through your c44444 account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you personally, unless you have reported a security breach to c44444 in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 5.4 prior to the relevant activity occurring.
5.3 c44444 strongly recommends that you activate two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This feature is available from within the Account Security settings after login. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your c44444 account and wallet.
5.4 If you suspect that your c44444 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number or password has been compromised, you must notify c44444 immediately by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at the address listed in Clause 17. c44444 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification.
5.5 c44444 will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. If you receive any communication purporting to be from c44444 that requests your full password, this should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to c44444 support immediately.
6.1 Currency: All c44444 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c44444 does not apply currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods: c44444 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. c44444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice.
6.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount at c44444 is PKR 100. Individual payment methods may carry higher minimum limits — these are displayed at the point of transaction within your c44444 account.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal may be processed:

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 2 to 6 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours of processing. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
6.6 Anti-Money Laundering: c44444 is required to apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international standards. c44444 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where AML procedures require investigation, without liability for any resulting delay, provided such investigation is conducted in good faith.
6.7 Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no player-initiated activity (login, deposit, bet, withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. c44444 may apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will receive notice before any such fee is applied.
Each c44444 promotion has specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry dates — published on the individual promotion page. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus terms in this clause.
7.1 c44444 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players at its discretion. All such offers are subject to the terms of this Clause 7 and any additional terms published with the specific offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a c44444 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated per promotion) before any withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted.
7.3 Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus credit date. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not completed within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
7.4 Bonus Abuse: c44444 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or guaranteed-outcome bets with bonus funds designed to circumvent wagering requirements; using bets on opposite outcomes of the same event with bonus and real money to reduce wagering risk artificially; or any coordinated activity across multiple accounts to exploit promotions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
7.5 Withdrawal Order: Where a player account holds both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, withdrawals are deducted from Real Money Balance first. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met.
7.6 c44444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players under the terms of the offer as it existed at the time of the player's participation.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on c44444 are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game or sports betting rules, the specific rules shall take precedence in relation to the conduct of that game or bet.
8.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed or binding until c44444 has accepted it and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the player. c44444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
8.3 Errors and Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or account balance, c44444 reserves the right to void any affected bets and/or correct any resulting erroneous balance adjustments. c44444 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of technical malfunctions.
8.4 Palpable Errors: c44444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — including odds that are materially different from the prevailing market price due to a data feed error, manual input error, or any other cause — even where the player has already received a bet confirmation. Players are expected to act in good faith and not deliberately seek to exploit palpable pricing errors.
8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all c44444 betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the platform at the point of bet placement. c44444 reserves the right to apply individual player-level stake limits without notice where required for risk management purposes.
8.6 Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets at c44444 are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a sporting event (such as wicket reviews in cricket). Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be held pending market re-opening. c44444 is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance arising from such suspensions.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c44444 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
9.2 c44444 monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review processes. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in one or more of the following: voiding of affected bets or game sessions; forfeiture of bonus funds; suspension of withdrawal rights; permanent closure of the account; and/or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of c44444 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which c44444 reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies.
12.1 c44444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c44444 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c44444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the c44444 platform, even if c44444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 c44444's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your c44444 account during the six-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
12.4 c44444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or any other force majeure event.
13.1 c44444 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by you during registration and throughout your use of the platform. The processing of your personal data is governed by the c44444 Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with c44444.
13.2 You consent to c44444 processing your personal data for the purposes of: operating your account; processing deposits and withdrawals; verifying your identity (KYC); communicating with you regarding your account, transactions, and platform services; complying with legal and regulatory obligations; detecting and preventing fraud and other prohibited conduct; and, where you have opted in, sending you promotional communications.
13.3 c44444 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. c44444 may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, etc.) under strict confidentiality obligations, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

14.1 c44444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in c44444's operational practices, or for any other reason c44444 deems necessary.
14.2 When material amendments are made to these Terms & Conditions, c44444 will notify registered players via email to the address on file, via SMS to the registered mobile number, and/or via a prominent notification within the platform upon login. The notification will specify the date on which the amended terms will take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the c44444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account via c44444 support.
14.4 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions came into effect.
15.1 c44444 may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:
15.2 Upon termination of your account by c44444 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Real Money Balance held in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to c44444 and subject to completion of any required investigation. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
15.3 You may close your c44444 account at any time by contacting c44444 support and requesting account closure. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
15.4 Following account closure (whether voluntary or involuntary), you may not register a new c44444 account without the express written consent of c44444.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c44444 is licensed to operate.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising between you and c44444, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting c44444 customer support via the contact details provided in Clause 17 below. c44444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through its internal complaints process.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through c44444's internal process within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in c44444's licensing jurisdiction.
16.4 Nothing in this Clause 16 prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
